Stepping into the big shoes left by his mentor Pastor Charles Lenn, Brad was officially and overwhelmingly elected to serve as Pastor of TFA on January 26, 2025. A graduate of Southeastern University in 2012, He joined the TFA family in November 2017 as Youth Pastor along with his wife Laci and their daughter Jami. Their home has since grown with two more girls, Gracelyn and Leah, being added to the family. Since his arrival, Brad has revealed a heart for people of all ages - old and young- and a willingness to work hard at any task before him. TFA is greatly blessed by their family!

Jake  joined the TFA staff in June of 2025 with a deep sense of calling and a shared heart for ministry. Jake brings over ten years of experience and a steady, faithful presence shaped by his time in various areas of church leadership. He is a graduate of the University of Mobile and is known for his thoughtful approach and genuine care for people. 

Makenna’s passion for students began during her years as a high school teacher, where she developed a strong connection to teens and a desire to walk alongside them in their faith journeys. Along with their boys, Tatum and Jace, Jake and Makenna are grateful to be part of what God is doing at TFA in this new season.

Nora and Guillermo first came to TFA in 2009, and were introduced as Children's Pastors in 2013. Nora is always planning and carrying out fundraisers and activities to keep the kids engaged. Easter egg hunts, fall festivals, kids crusades and the Christmas performances are all handled by Nora and her team. Nora and Guillermo were married in 2007 and have three children, Diego, Allyce, and Seth.

Dianne has been a part of TFA since 1997.  Over the years, she has been involved in the Greeters/Ushers ministry, Children’s Ministry and Seniors Ministry.  Dianne has served as the church secretary since April of 2000.
