Fruit of The Spirit

Last week, we talked about the difference between being free and actually living free. This week, we’re asking the next question: What does living free actually look like?

In Galatians 5, Paul describes a battle between the desires of the flesh and the leading of the Holy Spirit. The works of the flesh reveal what happens when we live according to our own desires, but the fruit of the Spirit reveals what God produces in us when we walk with Him.

Love. Joy. Peace. Patience. Kindness. Goodness. Faithfulness. Gentleness. Self-control.

These aren’t just qualities we try harder to develop—they are evidence of the Spirit at work in our lives.
